I am Pratima devi consumer no kbs008019 from Deoghar, Jharkhand. My elecrtic meter is in running condition. But no one coming for meter reading. But dept is giving me average and access billing since two years. my billing was 200-300 per month, but now since two years due to average billing, its just double. so take neccesaary action.
