[Resolved] Jobishh.com — Refund after cancellation of services | |||||
On 20 Aug 2016, I received a call from an executive from Jobishh about few job offers in middle east. later I was asked to pay fees for their services to highlight my profile and assist me in the interview with regards to the same. I went ahead an paid for these services. However, the same day I got a job offer from my previous organisation and I did not require theier services. hence I immedaitely got back to them within 6 hours to canel my services which had not yet been initiated. As per the refund policy on their website, the same is acceotable. I hvae since then had multiple communication with their various team members namely, Mr Naresh, Miss Kririka, Mr Rehan and Mr. Dilshad regarding the refund of my hard earned money. Below are the details of the invoices to the fees I paid 1)International Job assistance :J[protected]: Amt INR 61, 500 2)Live Interview preparation&Dream job:J[protected]: Amt INR 10, 400 3) Profile maximizer(senior level)+Career Enhancer (Mid Level)+ Global Enhancer (india+international): J[protected]: Amt INR 20, 250 4)International Highlighter senior level :J[protected]:Amt INR 6150 5) Professional website middle levele: J[protected]: Amt INR 45450 I have been following up with them for the past 10 days with no satisfactory response. I have deceived bu these fraudlent people and i want to know what u guys are doing about it... these peopl are still operating and cheating people i suppose we need appoint a lawyer for the case or we should collectively approach police

Im not sure if its an error or sheer carelessness but the complaint posted above is a copy paste of my complaint made on September 01 2016. I also have the copies of all the invoices mentioned above as these are mine.
Not sure of the intention of pasting another user complaint. Kindly look into the same.
As I was nit receiving a response to my previous complaint I have posted another fresh complaint today.
