Joginder Singh — water problem

Respected Sir, I joginder singh S/o Sh. Bidhi Chand, Village Bhagra, P.O. Jijjar, Tehsil Amb Distt. Una H.P...we are one brother and sisters and both are out of home. My parents, grandmother father and wife with two littel child are staying at home as above mentioned address. Sir, last 5 years, my parents are suffering from water problem. we have not private connection. I take a water from Handpump and the handpump condition is so poor, its very hard for pumping, not get water child, old man & women. I said verbal complete to line main and said to JE for new private water connection six month before, but no action will be taken. You are humbly requested please make a new water connection soon as possible.
