Johnson Lifts — About lift faults.

Hello Johnson Lifts Support Team, We have purchased two lifts from Johnson Lifts (L-B7630 File No.SMA8318). Lifts were installed & handed over in August 2011. Since then, there are getting frequently faults. Complaints are booked regularly; some faults are removed but not completely O.K. Your technician is aware of the situation and now inspite of many reminders since last 13 months. there is no action taken from the johnson authorities. There is not a good response from your service team. We are very annoyed, there may happen any serious incident with lifts. Please do necessary arrangement for complete checking/service of the lifts LOOKING FORWARD FOR A QUICK RESPONS from your end.
