Joister — Pathetic service from Joister

Hello, We have got new connection for 16 Mbps installed on 16th of September at 12 PM . Just after half hour later the network stopped . We are trying at joister office from yesterday, even given 2 times visit also . But haven't seen any technical person visit from last 48 hours. Is this the way Joister treat its customer.
