After diwali he messaged mi their is some problem with him so despatch is possible. So asked him for refund . He told with in 2 days he will do it, i gave him my bank details. Even 2 days before means on 1/12/2015 he told mi to mail on his mail id customer care will take care . He committed that on 3/12/2015 the amt will deposited but till now no single ruppee he refunded, nor he receives any call.

When i demanded him my money back ... he is telling mi to collect from consumer forrum as he has now paid to them... He further told ki jao jaha complaint karna hain karo .. mein kissise nahi darta .. kisbhi Police wale ke pass jao, .. i care damn .. no one can even touch mi ... i m not going to refund u ... this is my work to cheat ...

It is his habbit to cheat peoples n earn money ..

Samay Jain of JP FABTEX is not refunding my money... its already too late... He is enjoying their with our money... he has cheated many of them.. and he is doing it everyday

Samay Jain he promised me to delivers my goods which worth for 12800 rupees whic I transfers in his icici bank and now he refused to send me a goods I tried his number [protected] whatsapp now he saw my Messages but he don't reply anymore please if someone got more information about Samay please share with me and looks like I am not the only one he is a big fraud guy and I am going try my best to catch him as soon as I can and I don't care about my money I want to teach him so he won't do this to someone else in his whole life.
