Auto are unnecessary taking longer routes going round and round to increase fare
Sir, i booked an auto through jugnoo app, the auto came on time but when i asked him to take me to railway station he instead of taking the staright route unnecessarily took longer routes going round and round to increase fare it was 1 a.M so there was no traffic at that time of night but he was just increasing the distance.Fare in rainy season

Per KM: 4rs
Per Min: 1rs
Fare in Rain:
Minimum Fare: 44rs
Per KM: 15rs approx
Per Min: 3rs approx
14 minute ride charged me 130rs for just 3.9km. I understand the extra charges in night/rain but around 400% is horrible.
There should be some limit on the fare.
