[Resolved] Jugnoo — Refund | |||||
I booked an auto from Jugnoo app few days back and selected the payment mode as paytm. But after completing the ride, the auto driver asked to pay by cash and the total fare was 98 INR. So I paid him by cash. Later on i checked that 48 INR was deducted from my paytm app and 50 INR was deducted from my Jugnoo app. I complained this issue to the concerned department. They promised me that they will refund the money to my paytm account. But later on they refunded all the amount to my Jugnoo account. But the thing is that I want the refund to be made in my paytm account as there is no proper auto facility available in bangalore from Jugnoo. If they don't refund the money from jugnoo wallet to paytm wallet then the amount will get expired very soon and I won't be able to use the amount as no jugnoo autos are available in bangalore other than 2-3.
