Issue:
I purchased 3 vada pav's but after payment I was refused a bill. The franchise owner said ki "Bill nahi milega machine kharab hai". I could see a computer and a receipt printer there but he refused to give me the bill.
As I understand, this is unacceptable and it is my right to have the bill. Was this information helpful? |
