As we have given many complaints to customer care that we are getting very less number of leads (One or Zero leads per day) even after Upgrading the package.All our complaints were ignored by just dial employees and we were forced to get convinced according to the there new procedures, to upgrade schemes etc.
It is disgusting that we had to come to just dial office on date[protected] Cunningham road ) to register complaint and get clarified, regards to this we spoke to JD Executive akshata, as she was not capable to convince us, JD GM Mr Zakir clarified us the new procedures and clearly told that our services will be stopped from today and also informed akshata to stop our services and transfer the amount in general account, till date our services are not stopped and we are being charged.
This is really pathetic that JD has such employees with them who doesn't even bother to solve customer issues
they are only focused to make business by confusing and giving fake commitments to customers.
Akshata needs more than 11days just to stop our service, i really appreciate this ignorance by JD employees.
Its really irritating and frustrating that JD is playing with customers.
As the discussion we had today with Mr Vishwanath for the same issue, and you have committed that that our service will be stopped today and the amount will be transfered to general account.
Kindly stop fooling and playing with customers..Solve our issue and refund our amount...
