[Resolved] Just Dial.com — Service | |||||
I ordered a ASUS mobile phone in Hyderabad city through Just dial and paid 9000/- online. The company promised the delivery within 7 working hrs. Since the product was not delivered as promised I contacted them. The CC told that they are still trying to locate some dealer for that phone. It continued for two days and during that period I made the calls for 6 times. Every time they promised that it will be delivered and they will give the exact time after 10 minuts of my call. But JD.com never bothered to give me a call, or at least an SMS to tell the status or that it can not be delivered. After that I cancelled that order. JD told no vendors are available and they wanted to cancel it. Now I have to wait for 4-6 days for money refunded. See how is handling their customers. No customer should be cheated like this.
