Justdial — Salary Not Paid

My name is Nelson Luies and i worked in Justdial as a JDA and i haven't got my salary for the month of January.Tried calling many times but haven't got a response been told later by a management official that i would get my salary after deducting 15 days notice period amount but been told by the h.r(handles employee salary) that they do not have anything like that in the company.Had called the Managers but was told that they cant do anything about it whereas the h.r told to ask the manager.The officials keep pushing responsibility on each other.PLease help me get my salary ASAP.Never thought that a big company like Justdial which is well known through ads on tv would engage in such things.
