[Resolved] JustDial.com — Regarding services issues and stopping my ecs and extra deduction of money | |||||
I Makwana Chetan have Paid Listing business register in Gandhinagar City name of Business Dreams Technology register mobile no. [protected] / [protected] and when your executive approach me for contract he clearly said that if i am not satisfied with service i can stop ECS at any time or after 3month and additional where i am paying advance for 3month fee i have have that services. so, Here is the issue contract was for Rs.879/- per month and and i have paid advance cheque of Rs.2959 Cheque no.277303 on 24 feb2016. after 3 or month without my knowledge and without my permission just dial has deducted some of rs.800 to 900 from my account. there was no communication at all. when figure it out and call just dail customer care Ahmedabad i got replay that it was detected to because at time of contract some of technical issue was there so my ECS supposed to be Rs.979. because technical issue it was showing Rs.879. I agreed to pay on Rs.879/- not much than that and if there was a problem as they are saying justdail should approach me to for this . how can justdial deducted any amount from customer account without his undertaking. customer is not responsible for any technical issue that justdail have. 2nd when i call for stoping my ECS they replayed on that i can stop ECS until 9month while excutive at time contract was saying i can stop after 3month i placed call on 23 again that it's been 9month now please STOP STOP then again got reply that i will be stop after 3 moth from now means 9 month + 3 month u have to pay for service than i asked what about advance payment that i paid through cheque i got answer that its was for start services you have that have been utilized but excutive kapil told me that after stopping ECS you will get 3 month services from this amount. My Questions ?? 1. Who is Right here ?? 2. All Executive don't have proper knowledge of your services 3. Because of that deducted amount my bank account goes below my minimum amount and my loan amount not deducted and i was charged who will give that amount ?? i have been defaulter because of this 4. if there is technical issue in software who will pay ?? customer do have that law with company please share 5. i need total explanation within 7 days of this failing to this i will take this matter consumer court and my advocated will asked this 6. don't take me as granted i have no of customer in my area facing same issue 7. i am attaching my invoice copy too 8. most important i have voice recording of your executive so prepare well Was this information helpful? | |||||
