[Resolved]  Justickets — Need refund

I have booked bhahubali tickets in justickets.In, on 09th july, and i paid amount, after payment my transaction amout deducted from my account but no ticket was confirmed., so i try again to book tickets, but again im having the same error and loose my money, without tickets. i got refund for one transcition, but wheres the refund for my another transcition, i provided details, plz give refund for another transcition also..
