Iam booked 2 tickets for hyper at geetha multi screen no 3 at nizamabad on 6 th of this month and i received a message from u about my tickets cancellation on 7 th of this month but i still not received my money in mu bank account pls rectify

I have accidentally booked the movie tickets for a different show.I wanted to cancel them now but the cancellation option is not available on website.Please resolve this and help me get my refund.
