Justickets Private Limited — Didn't get any booking confirmation after payment

Dear justickets, i booked tickets for movie Srimanthudu in padma priya sripriya theatre 70mm mancherial with concern seat numbers j05, j06 . The problem i faced that after booking 2 seats at a time balance as been deducted from my account and i didn't receive any confirmation code to print the ticket. Total of Rs. 254 has been deducted, so i would like to know when you are going to refund my money back.
