Justickets — ticket not issued after payment

on 16.07.2015 i booked two tickets for the movie bahubali in geeta apsara theatre in rajahmundry for the show at 2:30 PM. the amount was deducted from my State Bank of India Account, the transaction ref. no. is IGOAIXDQL5 for Rs.248.41 @ 10:45:40A.M. the tickets were not issued and i did not get any message to my email account [protected]@yahoo.com or to my mobile [protected].refund requested
