Hi Team, I have recharged my distv with the site justrecharge, transaction ID DO[protected] was not successful, however Rs.500 was deducted from my account, then i called my bank customer care, they said amount has been deducted and they have provided the Trace NO# 087343 and Payment voucher NO- [protected]. I have emailed to just recharge customer care several times but no respond. Please help, as i have no trust in just recharge now, i will recharge from someone else now, but please help to give my Rs.500.00 back. Regards, Shrikant

As checked your bank account was debited for the same and amount shall be credited in your JRI Card.. You can utilize this money to recharge again or refund it to the bank by clicking Refund to Bank tab. We will initiate a refund of the full amount to your account. Rest assured the amount would reflect into your account as per the bank's procedure within 5-7 business working days.
