Dear sir, I have recharged with Rs. 149/- on 31.01.2015 to my Tata docomo no. [protected] Order No. MO[protected]. The same amount was debited to my account but recharge amount was not credited to my mobile. Hence I request you to verify your records and recredit the same immediately... and in your website transaction history show that (payment in process. There seems to be a technical delay.
