dear sir My account is debited with Rs 33 on[protected] at 18:39pm and i have not yet received the recharge. Please help me to get back my money. Order no: MN[protected] Recharge amount Rs 33 The payment status for the recharge is in process but till now it has been 2 days and response from your side for the refund of payment in JRI Card or in my Bank .

Updated by Rachna11 They have not done any thing regarding my complaint. I have complaint several times at their helpdesk but they have not refunded my money back. Now the status for the payment is showing payment unsuccessful while my account is debited with the recharge amount on that very day only. If the site having server error for 4 days how can they confirm the status to be payment unsuccessful without checking whether the amount is debited or not. I request you to provide me my money back as early as possible.

JustRechargeIt — recharge after mobile not recharge

i had recharge idea no-[protected] rs-99 but payment debited my account two time but mobile not recharged.so please i want this payment refound my account.

recharged issue

The money has been deducted from my account yesterday while recharging my data card balance but the data card was not charged.please refund money to my JRI card.as soon as possible. The transaction id is RN[protected].
