[Resolved]  JustRechargeIt — wrong vc recharged instead of correct vc

below is trail mail of my complaint, they didnt reversed the ammount from incorrect vc to correct vc. Dear Hammad, As per the terms and conditions reversal was not possible hence swapping had been successfully processed, amount was transferred to correct VC number on 13/10/2014.
