K K Indane Enterprises — LPG Cylinder not delivered

My Indane consumer ID is 64357. I have booked refill on 19th February. Cash memo was generated on 24th March and I have got SMS for the same. Still the cylinder is not delivered. When called the distributor, they told the delivery boy is on leave and it will be delivered on 30th March. However today (29th March) I saw the delivery boy is delivering to other flats. When asked, he told he is delivering up to 14th March. There is something seriously wrong going on here. Logged complaint to Indane's customer care on 27th March. Still the problem is not resolved.
