K Kulasekaran — Season Ticket

At Mylapore Railway Station I bought the sesson ticket (from Thirumaiyilai to Villivakkam - No.[protected] dt.29.7.2015. @ 15.34 (R21312 29/07/2015 15:34) MTMY W 21 UTS : C1LDBBF198 ID No: C1LDAG6326 While taking out the above season ticket from the printer by the booking clerk, he carelessly handled and the season ticket torn off at the bottom of the left hand corner. I asked him to cancel the ticket and print a another one. He REFUSED. In the torn off area the details of no. of adult/children and Holders Signature has gone out of sight. This is not the first time. The booking clerks are handling the printouts from the printer very carelessly always. They may be instructed strictly to handled the tickets very carefully since the payment is made from the hard earned money. I am a Senior Citizen, While checking the season ticket is made, the person who made the mistake and the responsible will not be available for which I am answerable.
