[Resolved] Kaff Appliances India — Dishwasher defective and company not attending the customer complaint | |||||
We bought a dishwasher, a chimney and a cooking range from authorised dealers of Kaff company from Bathinda. All other appliances except dishwasher are working fine. Problem is with soap dispenser of the washer and a few times their mechanic visited but was not able to resolve the issue. For last few months, they are not sending any mechanic even at all. Kindly instruct the company so that we keep believing in so called quality products as advertised. Thanking in anticipation.
