I purchased and installed a kitchen chimney from agency, nazrana, vapi, model no base mx 60 on 23.07.2015.
The chimney broke down on 07th april 2016 and i lodged a complaint with kaff cc on toll free number on 08.04.2016, complaint number : at0033.
I had been following with kaff for attending to the complaint as i had been facing problem with kitchen fumes daily. but neither the personnel nor your staff called to enquire about the problem,
Finally in the 1st week of june a personnel came and diagnosed the problem as motor burned out and need to be replaced, but still now the said problem is not solved neither the new motor has come, by calling the customer care number they have assigned a new complaint number: hr1636.
I am totally fed up with kaff. the product is under 5 years warranty and i am stuck with not sight of any immediate relief.
You can check the call log for toll free number,[protected] for the number of times i had called for the same problem, now i have stopped calling and totally fed up.
At most i can do from my end is to stop purchasing any product of kaff or advice anyone thinking of buying any product against going for kaff or go to consumer court,
