[Resolved]  Kaleva — khatta meetha is smelling and distaste

we have bought kaleva namkeen "KHATTA MITTHA" packets from one CSD canteen on 22nd November, 2014. It shows date of manufacturing as "6 July, 2014" and "Best before 5 January, 2015" I opened the first packet to eat today - 26.11.2014 but its oil is smelling and also tastes quite unusual, which is because of smelly oil used to fry the eatables. I could not eat even one handful namkeen. I don't know what is there in other packets but seems doubtful as they must have the same contents. I am one of the kaleva product consumer for the last 5 years and never felt so sad what I am feeling today. This brand is one of the hit list product which i wish to buy and offer to my guests with pride. Even whenever we go to CP we prefer to eat from there only. Sir, it is a heartfelt experience for me this time and i could not stop myself from writing this complaint as I love your products and you cant imagine how much we feel proud when we use your products which are exported internationally and make our country famous due to rich tastes of the products. I never would like that a foreigner gets this kind of product and curse our country. so dont take this complaint lightly and i want this product should be collected by your representative to take to the task to the branch which has packed this product to defame you and label you with disregard.
