Today at 8 30 airbus from madiwala my cousin joseph babu was leaving for trisssur. I am suppose to send my documents with him to kerala. So I was waiting for him to come near kallada office in the main road. But the bus driver mislead him and took him to maruthi nagar office. So I rushed there. When he reached there the office staff (name I do not know) told him the stop is that side. By then I also reached there. I was very much disturbed to rush from there and now he asking to go back. So I questioned him don't they follow a schedule. It's is irritating that you make as walk like this. In return abused me using vulgar words and said that who has asked me to buy tickets from them. If my cousin needs to travel I should keep my mouth shut. Then I said i need to complain and where is the manager. He started giving bad words in which my cousin got angry and went to talk to him. Releasing the situation I went in between and the kallada staff hit me in my abdomen and throw me down. I was lost for more than 15 mins down with pain.
