Can I know when you going to address the reported issue .I don't want any more further delay for warranty product you taking 5 month time to address .

I have already provided the customer name for this reported product, so there is no mean you asking for invoice or warranty copy and taking your own time to address the reported problem and from past 5 month you checking with your management on this without knowing the product under warranty or not it's really strange ...

SO kindly make the necessary arrangement to fix the all reported issue ASAP
