On 27TH JUNE 2014 I got a call representing my credit card bank SBI Bank (which they were not). They informed that due I having good relation with my bank, they have an offer for me called the Welcome Kit". Offer was that i will be getting a watch, sunglasses, A PAIR SHOES & 2 day 3 night stay at any of the hotels in India or abroad. They told me the offer is completely free but as a service tax i have to pay Rs 7, 999 to the govt hence they will charge only that amount. They even told me that this amount WILL BE ADJUSTED ON REWARD POINT EARNED BY YOU.I agreed for the offer and issued me a helpline number [protected] of senior executive. They took al my details of credit card and also security features. I got message of Rs 7750 getting debited 1st and then another message saying the amount will be adjusted in rewards points. I was happy at the deal i got. But after few days i noticed that i get cheated by them because no amount have been adjusted in reward points and also no any welcome kit is recieved.. I finally complained to my bank about this and they told me to they will not do any thing only blocked my card. kindly lookinto this. bhupendra kumar pandey
