[Resolved]  Kanpur Nagar Nigam — Complaint against parking operator at Somdutt Plaza

Attached pics from the parking spot at Somdutt Plaza, taken on 2 Sept 2014. The slips used to tag cars parked at the spot show charges for car at 20/- but the attendant claims 30/- from the users. There is no display board from Nagar Nigam which can inform users about the actual charges. Please get information displayed about actual charges or request the operator to get correctly printed slips to avoid confusion and confrontation between users and parking staff.
