Kanpur Nagar Nigam — Drinking water polluted by sewage

I wonder if all these complaints are even been read or attended by any of the related assigned officer, anyways this is to bring in consideration to GM of JAL sansthan that Awas Vikas Sector E (starting from serial 500 till 700+)or may be more than that are getting a supply of sewage in their water supplies since January, 14, Mr Ramesh Chandra Jr. Enginner of the area says I cannot do anything, ad he says call or ask anyone who could do that, every week a work has been conducted but still the same sewage water in our home, please check the problem and let us know if this is not a part of swach bharat abhiyan.
