Hai i have purchase in karbon A6 mobile in 14/05/2013 to mettupalayam poorvika branch.my phone broken to 24/1/2014. I have repair in karbonn servise centet in cbe. but he is not give to jop card in popuarly. I have infom to porvika mobile &servise cender . Not use. Than 17/03/2014 i will requst to servise cender . If your phone is broken & you've gone to Karbonn Customer Service Center & they didn't repaired your phone & given you back then you should not put the blame on Poorvika. Speaking from my personal experience, poorvika mobile store is one of the best store & their sales team is pretty good. They helped me in my queries regarding phone & they were very helpful.
