Karbonn Mobiles — Complaint against camera pixels

Hello I bought Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus mobile phone 8 months back. In the specification manual of the box, it is written that it comes with 16MP camera. But when one day I was checking the settings of camera, I found that it can only take pictures up to 12MP. I think this is a false information and I bought the phone because I thought it has 16MP camera. So kindly resolve this problem as I feel like I have been fooled, and please take appropriate action against the concerned person of the company, so that they do not make such false promises and mislead the common people again.
