Dear Sir, last year I purchased one A1+ mobile from a local shop.But on the same day when I carried that mobile I found it is a defective piece as the software being hanged and earplug point was loosed.So next day I complaint to shopkeeper regarding this but he replied that it can't be replaced but can be repaired after a long argument.Then I submitted the handset and they gave me return after 16 days and saying that they have changed the master board of handset and now it s ok.By mistake I accepted the same but after using one month the handest again behaved like previous problem again I submitted for further action but after few days they only replied that customer care service center could not repair the same only they uploaded the software.So personally I used to visit the service center for the same problem atleast 4 to 5 times but at last when they returned me the handset it found that handset is totally damaged and they were replying that company scanned the handset and it was found that it is damaged by me not to be serviced in warranty period.I'm really helpless now please I need your help as early as possible.The handset is in warranty period and now its unusable.
