Karbonn Mobiles — Karbonn machone titanium s310 mobile set "s working not satisfactorily

Dear Sir,
I have to advise you that I have purchased Karbonn Machone Titanium S310 Mobile Set
on 14th july 2015 through Amazon on line shopping, the above Mobile Set was sold by
Seven Star Infosystem, Village:taoru Distt. Mewat-122105, Haryana.
Ifurther advise you that form the begining I felt that Mobile is not working up to the MARK. Sometimes unwarranted SITES open, sometime mobile HANG, Data connection
automatically open, in this condition I am unable to do the desired work.
In view of above I request you to please arrange to repair my Mobile Set or change the SET, in this connection please guide me immediately so that problem can be resolved.
Failing which I will be Constraint to take such steps which are not paletable tu your COMPANY.
