Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought the above named smartphone from Snapdeal.com and following are its details:- 1. Invoice No. : - FBD130/14-15/4618. 2. Invoice Date : - 20-FEB-2015. 3. Order No. : - [protected]. 4. Sub-order No. : - [protected]. 5. IMEI/Serial No. : - [protected]. 6. Quantity : - 1. 7. Item Name : - Karbonn Titanium S10. 8. Amount : - Rs. 6190/= 9. Dispatched via : - Ecom Express. 10. Dispatch Doc No. (AWB) :[protected] I am facing a lot of problems regarding this phone since last 10 months. Here below is the list of all the problems I have faced:- 1) It takes too much time (up to 3-4 hrs.) to charge the battery upto 100%. 2) The battery charged up to 100% lasts only about 8-10 hrs. 3) While surfing on net the whole screen starts shaking. 4) When the battery reaches 25%, it doesn`t even last for half an hour. 5) Once switched off, it doesn`t start unless battery is removed and placed again. 6) The phone gets hanged very frequently. 7) The screen gets blanked automatically. 8) On constant use for 15 minutes the phone becomes very hot. With all the above defects it is very very difficult to use the phone and therefore, I request you to get me the suitable option or replace the phone.
