Just acknowledging the email did not make any difference. It has been more than a month since I am without the new "KARBONN" phone I purchased, which I thought would be good enough as it looks like. But obviously I was cheated with the trash, in disguise of attractive looks. Adding on to it, customer service provided was at par with the product. I have been following up with service center every now and then and every time they refer me to contact customer care support and both of them have nothing to say but ask me to wait. I also wonder if the reply on these emails are auto-generated or there is some actual human being who really understands the grievance and frustration of a customer. If it is possible for such a big company as yours and if you are really concerned for the convenience of your customers, would you be kind enough to provide me with a time frame and a quick resolution. After a few days I started experiencing issues with phone like frequently getting stuck / hang up, touch screen not responding properly etc. I contacted the service center (M/S Anand Computers) on 23 May, 2015 and submitted the mobile there (Please find attached receipt I received from Service Center). After that day, I have been following up periodically with them but I did not get a satisfactory response. As per them them, they are waiting for some hardware parts which will be required to replace on phone. It has been more than 2 weeks now and I have not got my phone back. When I called them once again, they provided me with a Job Code number which is KUASCUP007J536 and asked me to contact the Karbonn customer care support. I spoke to Mandeep there and she recommended me to send an email to you. Kindly get the necessary hardware parts dispatched ASAP and if possible, contact the Service Center team to get the issue with phone fixed. Please also revert and let me know how soon can I expect to get my mobile back (after it has been repaired). Other Details Model of phone- Karbonn Titanium S6 Person who purchased this mobile on Flipkart- Mohd.
