Karbonn Mobiles — Mobile Given for Repairing | |||
I have given my handset Karbonn S5Plus for servicing on 27th Feb 2015 at Service Center. They have forwarded it to Co.'s Service Center at Mumbai. But Inspite of 2 months time, I have not got my repaired handset back. I have mailed them 6-7 times. Every time they reply that "The complaint is under process at the service centre. We will get back to you with the exact status as early as possible." Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Sir/Madam I had given my Karbon titanium S2 Plus for repairing to a local Karbon Service centre in my city kota " SHREE BALAJI MOBILE POINT" which is a authorised service centre a month ago that is on 30.03.15 and I have been paying a visit almost every week since then and they forward me always for a upcoming week but even after that I don't get my phone back. They say that the display is broken and it is not available. I need my phone back as it is a vital part of our lives without which it is almost impossible to work, I can't rely on others for it any longer. Why do company makes such products whose parts are not available easily. Please consider my request give me possible solutions.
