Karbonn Mobiles — New Phone is not working

Dear Sir, I have purchased karbonn octane mobile yesterday having IMEI-[protected] number. The phone is not working even i charged the mobile for 5 hours it is not starting. Then i visit the service center they told me this mobile got repaired. The Karbonn mobiles really disappointed me. Please do the needful. Thanks Gaurav Prashar ([protected])
