Karbonn Mobiles — Not received mobile after more than 1 month.

Sir I'm a college student from uttarakhand. i had given my mobile in A1 karbonn service centre in kashipur, uttarakhand on 23rd july 2015, since more then one month. Whenever i call in service centre or in company they say we will fix your problem in 10 days. I did not even get any messege from service centre or company if they have my phone or not. I call them every 5 days but they just say we need 10 more days. I have service centre's job sheet also. Not even service centre is helping me. My phone no. is [protected].
