Karbonn Mobiles — not receiving phone from service center

Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Manish soni. My mobiles IMEI no. [protected]& [protected]. I have given for servicing on[protected] in karbonn authorised service centre mobile galaxy (bhagat singh road, hansi, hisar, haryana) and I have not got till yet. The problem was the phone was its display was auto clear, hanging too much and phone going auto recovery mode automatically and many other small problems. The service center told me that some part of phone circuit was damaged and phone was send to company for repairing. and when went there to collect my phone they told me the phone was repaired and received from the company but they are not able to find the phone in there office. They told me they will find it and informed me as soon possible. But then after I went the service center four times. But every time they are not able to find the phone. The staff of service center is not behaving properly. They have not any manners to how talk with customer. I am now frustrated with this. I just want my phone back as soon as possible.
