[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobiles — Phone submitted for repair and not received yet

I had purchased a Karbonn Titanium X phone - IMEI No is [protected], and unfortunately happened to face the irresponsible customer care (hyderabad) and the Karbonn service authorities, I submitted my phone on 1 November 2014 and yet not received my phone back(13 December 2014), they still say it will take 10 more days (which means this month end i.e 60 days approx.)... When they can't keep up with their words why do they promise 30 days repair policy . these people are the worst to deal with ... this is the problem when u trust these kind of brands
