Dear Sir, I have purchased Karbonn Smart Tab 10 (Cosmic) S/No. : ST[protected] on dated 21st Nov-2013 through Snap deal. Last one month, it has occurred some problem so I brought to nearest service station i.e. Karbonn Service Centre – Crawford Market, MumbaiName : Kaiser ElectronicsAddress : Unit 20/A, 1st Floor, Sitaram Building, Above Peekay Wines, Crawford Market.City : MumbaiArea Name : Crawford Market.Phone Number :[protected]/[protected]/[protected] But they have refused to take this carnbonn tab stating that this tab is not registered since you have bought through Snapdeal. Hence we can't accept. Please suggest further course of action.
