Karbonn — phone is not working properly

i have bought a karbonn A6 mobile phone, IMEI NO-[protected] form mobile store, ph[protected]near jyotir More`, Tematha, G.t.road., Chandannagar, Hooghly - 712136) on 2-6-13 after 15 days speker isn't working and after 4month home key isn't working and had network problem also .so I have contected thae servic center of karbonn at sreerampur(joy enterprise) on 2013. after 1 month i got my phone but still speker isn't working. The customer service is not satisfactory and they make me wait for a long time.Now i want to get a repalcement. so please help me . regards- sraddha choudhury
