[Resolved]  Karbonn — problem in my phone

i had bought a new cell of Karbon A2+ in the month of july. since that time the earphone point was giving a problem. then the charged was not working. when i took it to the service center, they replaced it. but now again the charger point of cell is not working and also the earphone point. i have given it to the service center but they are saying that they will return it after two months which is not a matter of joke. what should i do all this two months? shall i sit without a cell? they should either replace it or should provide me temporary cell. or should return my cell as soon as possible.
