Had insurance and gave it to the shop from where had bought it (fone zone) rohini. They sent it to the insurance agent and service centres across ncr region and even to okhla the head office. Reply after 6 months that the part is unavailable and out of stock at the company. Desirable resolution ; replacement of set since the same models are being sold online, hence parts are available. Help required at the earliest.
