Respected Sir, Ref: Document No.: 825357 Issued on 01/01/2015 My query lies with respect to the above said Form 11B issued to me towards my land in the village of Kukkehalli, under gram panchayat of Kukkehalli in Udupi District. I tried presenting this document at the SRO Office, Brahmavar towards sale registration. They deemed this document to be incomplete. The reason cited being the sub-column 'Niveshana' under the column 'Visteerna' has been entered as '0.00' instead of the actual land area in which the house exists. The PDO at the Gram Panchayat has told me that it should be left as it is since the house is in an agricultural property.
