I have applied for redemption of pnb principal mutual fund vide my lette dated[protected] my lf[protected]ld and requested to credit amount in my account no [protected] in the name harbans lal jindal. On non receipt of amount a contacted your bhatinda branch who informed me that amount was sent to your bhatinda address through cheque . But from bhatinda i had already shifed to barnala due to my transfer to barnala. Then irequested your bhatinda branch to send the cheque to me at punjab national bank barnala hb where i was posted but they informed me to contact ludhiana branch. When i tried to contact ludhiana branch there was no one to attend the phone for no of days after some days suddenly some one attended the phone and informed me to send copy of account statement and informed me that they will credit the amount in the aaccoun . I send the statement through courier on[protected] but till date amount is not credited to my account. Irequest you to credit the amount alongh with interest at the rate of 24% from the date of redemption of my unit . Ac no [protected] in the name of harbans la jindal ifse code punb0347100 with in 7 days failure of which i will be compelled to approac consumer form
