Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Punith, We have apprised you the status through mail & explained again in person when you visited our Bangalore office on 14th Sep 2015. As per your own admission, you have resigned on 24th March 2014 & worked till 28th March 2014 only, against requirement of 60 days’ notice period. Please note that as per your service contract you were required to serve 60 days’ notice to ensure proper charge hand over & to ensure business does not suffer. Please note that, you are liable to pay the company salary in lieu of short fall of notice period of 60 days & this amount is much more than the salary for the number of days you worked in March 2014. We would advise the actual amount payable by you to the company in the coming week. This is apart from you being liable for appropriate action for Breach of service contract. Moreover, it is you who miserably failed to adhere to the policies of the Company which was binding upon you by virtue of executed document. We would advise you to desist from putting wrong allegations and defamatory remarks against the Company in the public forums, failing which we would be constrained to take appropriate legal action against you.
