[Resolved] Karvy — Non receipt of Demat Booklet. Follow up being done since March 2016. | |||||
Dear Sir, My DP Id is IN301557 . My name is Parvati Devi. My account is located at Renukoot. I am very sorry to say that I am very very upset with the way your staff behaves. I have been following up to get my demat boklet issued since March 2016 but it very unprofessional of Karvy staff to say that they are not anyways liable to inform about the status of it. I called up at Karvy Hyderabad also several times but again no information was provided. They always said they would call and inform in sometime but none of the time they responded. Its very sad the way they treat their customers. I have my shares blocked in their account I wish to get my Demat booklet as sson as possible so as to get rid of such pathetic broking company.
